When designing your modern summer house bar, consider how you plan to use the space. Do you dream of alfresco dining? Our canopies provide a shaded, protected area, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Or, if you prefer an enclosed space to use year-round, we can design an inviting and stylish indoor bar that suits any season.
Bar Shape Options
There are three principal options for an internal bar:
Straight bar: A long, sleek, wide bar positioned against a partition or wall, making efficient use of space while offering a classic, stylish design. This setup allows for ample counter space, perfect for serving drinks, preparing cocktails, or showcasing decorative elements that enhance the look of your garden bar.
L-shaped bar: A tidy, modern design that provides a corner space. Often featuring integrated shelving, a single-piece glass or stone top, and LED lighting, this layout looks amazing and is also practical. The L-shape allows for multiple seating areas, creating a more intimate and social atmosphere for entertaining guests.
Island bar: A bold centrepiece that acts as the focal point of your entertainment space. Though it requires more space, an island bar creates a relaxed, open-plan feel, making it ideal for hosting. It can also double as a dining area, making it perfect for those who envision a summer house bar & grill setup.
