The Project
Our original design for the smallest Jay was 2.3m x 1.9m. However, after installing one at our show center, we realised that an even smaller office could still be practical for tight spaces.
After discussing with these clients, they agreed the reduced size would suit their needs. This led to the installation of our first 2.3m x 1.3m office.
The Work
This building featured the EPDM upgrade, providing extra height throughout, a full 10-year guarantee, and a 50-year maintenance-free lifespan.
It had a right-hand hinged UPVC door with a window to the left, cement walls at the rear and both sides, and MTX cladding on the front, complemented by a trim pack and fascia upgrade.
The clients opted for our Gold service level, which included the base, electrics, internet, and internal painting. They also added climate control to maintain the perfect temperature year-round.

The Result
