This stunning garden room measures 6mx3m and features our aluminium bi-folding doors which have been colour matched to the building in RAL 7039.

A returning customer of ours was looking for a car port. This was a unique project for us and we rose to the challenge - taking care of the planning application needed, as well as the design and build. The car port measures a spacious 30sqm and accommodates 2 vehicles with ease. As well as being practical, this structure is attractive and unique in appearance.

 

 

 

 

This beautiful garden endless pool room measures an impressive 6mx4m and features 4,2m wide bi-folding, aluminium colour matching doors. It is fully lined & insulated for all year round use and is fully water sealed.

This project was a complete package combination room and included a steel and timber framed base, patio area to the front and rear, as well as electrics. The UPVC sliders are in white with the building in Sadolin Superdec "clover leaf". This along with an extra set of side doors and our insulation makes for the perfect room summer or winter

Our beautiful Bi-folding demonstration room at our main show centre has been the show stopper all year and has inspired so many of our customers. It features "Signal Grey" Sadolin Superdec, A bar with LED back lighting; all electrics are controlled by mobile phone anywhere in the world. We also have a hot tub and gym, and is ready for you to view at any time.

 

  

 

 

 

Our most popular contemporary building is the kite and what a beautiful setting this project in Charlwood is. To keep the sculpture and maximise the office space inside, the doors are to the far right of the front, this also lined up perfectly with a path. This project included multiple internet points / sockets, electrics package and climate control.

  

Over the last few years we have become extremely experienced in producing pool rooms and this project is one of our favourites of the year. We installed a reinforced concrete base, then set out the floor before the swim spa was delivered, then installing the building around it.

This fully comprehensive and complete package was finished in time for Christmas 2014. When we say we offer a complete package we really do mean it and this project included, service trench with power, water and mains drainage, steel and timber framed base leading to decking and then a stone path (over service trench), shower room with, toilet and basin, full electrics package with climate control, an internal cupboard and garden store. All this was achieved without the requirement of planning.

This huge sliding garden room is the largest we are allowed to build under regulations, but I am sure you will agree gives so many options for extending you home living space! The main building features 4.2m wide UPVC sliding doors; double windows to both sided and included a full electrics package with rear wall wash LED strip, with a 60m trench for the submain. Along with this awesome room we also installed a work shop and trellis to soften the look.

While this looks like any other Kite this customer was one of the first to take us up on our fantastic new "Tricoya" external cladding board. This amazing product gives you the ultimate in finish and longevity and alongside the Sadolin superdec there is no better option out there. You can see the "Tricoya" on display at our show centre at any time.

 

 

On our commercial side Burstow School gave us the challenge of completing two classrooms in their summer break. We rose to this challenge completed both buildings including the electrics before term started. These classrooms are lined insulated and have safety double glazing. Both building also include strip lights, sockets , heating and powered smoke detector
